  • 6. Tri-merge credit reports on all borrowers (Winthrop Solutions, LLC to provide)
  • 7. Color photos of subject property
  • 8. PLUS, IF INCOME PRODUCING PROPERTY:  
    • Rent Roll
    • Current Operating Statment
    • Copies of all leases
  • 9. A curret Appraisal may be required upon preliminary approval of loan request

We will need an original and copy package with a set of photos!
