Winthrop is financing Renewable Energy by the utilization of "Monetizing" Power Purchase Agreements (PPA's) for clients whose needs exceed $1,000,000 and direct lending and leasing for individuals and small businesses requiring lesser amounts.

The following is a list of documentation Winthrop will require to commence processing financing requests:

  • Application
  • Credit Authorization (Each Principal)
  • Personal Financial Statement
  • Last Two Years Personal Tax Return for each Principal
  • Last Two Years Corporate Tax Return
  • Latest interim statement (if applicable)
  • If new corporation or LLC, prepare an Opening Balance Sheet
  • Company History
  • Cash Flow Schedule for Turbine project
  • Copies of all applicable permits. licenses and land leases
  • Copy of the draft PPA (Power Purchase Agreement)
  • Information on the End User. Must be an investment Grade BB or better
  • Purchase Order
